Return Policy

At Neadia, we want you to be thrilled with your fashion purchases. Our Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning items to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items are not marked as final sale (final sale items are clearly indicated at checkout).
  • Items are returned with original packaging and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at neadiastorelib@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number.
  • Package the item securely, including the order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number, using the prepaid return label provided (for domestic returns).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For domestic returns, Neadia provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  neadiastorelib@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

7. Refunds

Approved returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
