Refund Policy

At Neadia, we want you to love your fashion purchases. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items are not final sale (final sale items are marked as such at checkout).
  • Items include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at neadiastorelib@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number.
  • Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number, using the provided return label (if applicable).
  • Include the order number and reason for return in the package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For domestic returns, Neadia provides a prepaid return label. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neadiastorelib@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refund Timeframe

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
