Payment Policy

At Neadia, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and secure. This Payment Policy outlines our accepted payment methods, security measures, billing procedures, and other important details.

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

If an item is out of stock or the order is canceled, any pending charges will be released, typically within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the order total.

5. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please verify the following:

  • The card or payment method details are correct.
  • There are sufficient funds or credit available.
  • The billing address matches the one registered with your payment provider.

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a return reduces the order value below a promotion’s threshold, the discount may be deducted from the refund.
